Good News about Our Special Needs Boy!

When we first brought home Lovey-Dovey he had something wrong with his foot. He couldn't bend his foot at all to grasp things... including perches. We "adopted" him knowing he would have special needs. We sat up a cage for him with all the perches on the bottom. Well.... He is now in the big cage with the other Parakeets! getting around just fine and grasping everything!! There is no evidence at all that there is anything wrong with his foot any longer. So He is no longer a special needs boy.... he is a big boy

Think your guy may just have been faking it at the store to make sure he was included when you took home new birds Very happy to hear he is part of the flock and doing great!!
