Golden Conure Breeders?

Can anyone refer me to a Golden Conure Breeder in California? My sister in-law fell in love with my birds and is considering a Golden Conure. (Queen of Bavaria) The breeder I got mine only hand fed mine. She did not have the parents. And she has since cut communications with the breeder that had the parents and won't refer me to them.

I would appreciate any help.

I bought a conure book at petco and I believe I read the Queen is one of (if not the most) rarest breed to find.

I would start by looking for exotic bird/pet stores and try to track someone down.

golden conures are so beautiful, your lucky to have one . here's an add on oodle selling their 1yr old female golden conure. If your sister doesn't want the one in the add, you could ask the person selling where he got his golden conure.

heres a golden conure breeder with babies available. the add was posted 2 months ago, but she was actice on the website 2 day ago. she has 4 babies available, but you need a permit if you dont live in South Carolina.
