Going shopping today

Hey all, I’m headed to Bulk Barn shortly (like Whole Foods). I was wanting to get some organic stuff to mix for my GCC. What is a good mix of things? Ex. Flax, sesame, etc?

Thanks! I’m just wanting to make my own mix. (He’s not a picky guy). This obviously won’t be his only food source. Fresh veggies/fruits. I’m slowly trying to get him off his huge seed diet onto a good mix of pellets, fresh foods and a mix of my making.

My current selection that I use for whole grain mix is oat groats, buckwheat, pearl barley, spelt, quinoa, millet and sesame.
