Do anyone knows a proper way to check the gender of cockatials Please let me know

Take bird to avian certified vet and ask for a DNA test.
100% sure.

I think there may be kits that you can mail in feathers from your bird and they will give you DNA results that way. May be less expensive.

There are a few ways to figure it out. You'll need to know the age of the bird, as lots of young cockatiels will have the features of a female, ie. barred tail feathers. Here's a great link with pictures to help you.
