gazebo to aviary

We have a gazebo on our back deck that honestly really never use. I want to turn it into an outdoor aviary for our pi's. It's either 6' or 8' octagon (don't remember which, it was custom built, so could even be 7' lol) Any tips on enclosing it? I'll have to find a way to block the eaves at the top too because wasps keep getting into the top underside and building nests (ick). Should I also screen the outside of the wire?? (we're in a mosquito prone area) Anything else I should keep in mind??
