Full crop

Hi, it’s me again
I am hand feeding three cockatiels and one of them has always full crop. So I thought that it is sour crop or crop infection. So I started giving antibiotics. I am giving them 2 times a day. Now it’s almost a week and his crop is still full. I think hes digesting. But why does it look full? Some tumor? Or air? Idk. Ive never seen this in my life. Hes just fine. Poop looks normal and hes Active. But whats wrong with the damn crop?
I can’t go to vet. We don’t have vets for parrots here…

A very scary situation. Even if you can't get to a vet right now, here are some are some other options.
Maybe consult a local breeder, even a pet store...?

In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.
International contacts, too.
If none are near you, maybe you could call and ask for a recommendation for somebody in your area.
And... sometimes, distant vets will offer brief thoughts or advice...
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"
