Foods that are dangerous to Fids

Hi everyone,
So I thought I knew which foods to avoid but after reading on here that apple is dangerous to fids I thought I would share my list of foods to avoid, and see if anyone can add to that list please!! For my own peace of mind. So far the foods I have to avoid are:

Avacado
Dairy products (includes chocolate!!)
Pineapple??
Apple
Sugar
Fatty or salty foods

And APPLES are fine- it's the SEEDS that are toxic!
