its not the best with so many sunflower seeds and peanuts. If you can add some safflower, pumpkin and squash seeds, oat grouts, dried peppers it would help.

Plus lots of fresh veggies, like romane lettuce, Swiss chard, arugula, some cabbage, bell pepper, red chili pepper, peas, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cooked sweet potatoes, cooked or raw squash and pumpkin, cooked carrots or raw. Some cooked quinoa, cooked lentil, soaked and cooked legumes . Boiled egg with shell once a week or so.

Fruits just 10% of diet. Berries, cherry ( take out all stones/seed from any fruits) plums, pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, blue Berries. Grapes only as treats. Lots of parrot safe lists out there.

Human grade sprouts

I'd say it's fine in moderation, INRs need about 10% seed.

Though remove the peanuts, I fear that they are not human grade and may harbor bacteria and fungi.
