My bird Lenore while being perched on her play gym on the desk and she shakes her self and her feathers but also some of the seeds was fling out of her mouth which I thought is kinda odd. Her diet hasn't changed she eats her usual food this has never happened before either.

What could have cause her to vomit? It hasn't happened anymore just that moment.

who knows, definitely sounds like a vomit from videos I've seen

maybe she ate too much? Haha really so many things can make vomit happen, just keep an eye out for any dried food on the side of her beak, that's a sure-fire way to tell she vomited when you weren't there. If you do find she's vomited again then get her to a CAV for a check-up

Hi, Vomiting is more of a spitting action, and the bird shakes its head from side to side. Vomiting is a sign of illness and should be evaluated straight away .

Your CAV will need a complete history, including:
  • When the condition started
  • How often it occurs
  • Other signs of illness eg poop?
  • Whether the condition is related to a certain event, e.g.; after eating, while playing with toys, etc.
  • What the bird is fed
  • How the bird is housed
  • The sanitary conditions
  • Access to potential causes such as foods, household items, toxins, and exposure to other birds
  • Presence of the condition in other birds
  • Medications or supplements being given to the bird
  • Display of any courtship or nesting behavior
  • Other diseases the bird may have or has been treated for either currently or in the past

Maybe she has eaten to much, hasn't happened again just that one time. Her poop hasn't really changed it's been consistent. All tho I have noticed she doesn't pee as much when she goes to potty, like sometimes it's just poo. She does drink water at least several times in the day and it's not small small amount at a time either
