Just windering if there is anything to be worried about.

Thanks for aby advice u may be able to provide

Hello and welcome.

It is difficult to assess from here whether she is just scared or has hurt herself? Any indications of injury? Even slightest doubt and she should go see your Avian Vet.

What do you understand honking to mean in your girl?

Bring her perches down in her cage if she is a bit prone to these frights.

Layer her cage bottom with things to cushion her fall should she do it again?

the "honk" to me sounds like she may have an injury. If she's still doing it get an appointment with the vet just to make sure she's not hurt. I recommend having the perches slightly lower down too, to help with any falls and also I find they become more prone to explore the cage when kept centralized.

do you know what gave her a fright? If it's a certain item try removing it if possible they have some odd reactions to certain things

Welcome to you and your ekkie! Marvelous birds with some unusual dietary needs.

Now that it is later in the day, can you better assess for possible injury? Normal wing and leg movement, eating and drinking normally? If not, a visit with a certified avian vet will be helpful.

Can you share some details of age and how long you've had her? Wings clipped or not? Just trying to get a feeling for her maturity and abilities.

My female ekkie honked frequently. Usually a message of attention or concern with something in the environment.

haha suddenly the image of an Ekkie walking around shouting "concern" or "attention" in a completely monotone voice came into my head
