Finally got a Milk Thistle for my sick parakeet. How do I apply it?

So people recommended I get a Milk Thistle supplement to help with my Parakeets Fatty Liver Disease. Thankfully, I finally go it.


That said, I have a few questions

1 How many drops should I apply? I have two Water dishes

Which water dish should I use for their water, and more importantly how many drops would you recommend I put in? Today I used dish #1, and only used 1 drop for safety precautions


2. How many days or weeks should I continue using this for? Only one of them has the fatty liver disease, but they drink from the same water dish


3. Is it safe to put it in their food? Or should I not do it? If I can, how many drops recommended?
