So I have a male (Flapjack) and female (Sweetpea) pineapple GC conure and I cant seem to have them get along.

The female is a little over a year old more of a year and a half and the male is only 4-5 months old. I got the female when she was 7 months old so I've had her for a super long time and we have a good bond but she can be super sassy and have an attitude sometimes. I got the male when he was 9 weeks old and he just super calm and chill.
Their cages have been next to each other since I got them and they haven't really done anything that shows them bonding etc. Flapjack will go to the side of her cage and seem to try to interact with Sweetpea but shes having none of it.

Now they don't fight, I've gotten them both out of their cages and Flapjack will just sit there and try to snuggle and Sweetpea just tries to avoid him. On the rare occasion, they go by each other Seatpea will like snip at him? Like she tries to nibble on his feathers? It doesn't seem aggressive at all so I don't think shes trying to be mean. On the other hand, Flapjack goes full aggressive; screaming, flapping wings, biting, which is nothing like him he's never bitten me except when I had to put my hand in between them when they had one of these rare occasions and he bit down so hard he broke the skin and drew blood.... I think he's just scared and thinks he's being attacked?? I'm not sure..

I want to be able to have them share a cage but I'm terrified because of what happens when they interact.

Hello and welcome to you, Flapjack and Sweetpea!

There’s no guarantee any two birds will bond or become friends, sometimes the best you can hope for is tolerance. Birds appreciate their own space, separate cages is ideal, even birds that get along well and play together outside their cages do better when they have their own cages to return to. Is there some reason you want your conures to share a cage?
