My father has a female Eclectus and he asked me to do some research regarding a bulge in the parrot's chest. It's there constantly with food and without. I say without because the parrot doesn't seem to eat much and on those days, the bulge does not diminish in size.
The Eclectus is 15 years old.
Anyone know if this is a problem and if my father should be worried?
