Fargos new playgym and room setup!

So i ended up ordering that cat gym, its a very soft fleece, cant get his toes caught, and there was no smell to it, but i let it air outside for a day! Then i 'tried' to wrap sisal around the poles

Today i brought it in, hung up all the toys and it was time to show Fargo!

He..LOVES it..

Pictures dont even do it justice, its great!!

I added a huge wooden branch across the top

After he played he came over to my computer..

Yes i was 350 dollars poorer in the last week, but this is the reward i get!


He has another package on the way from the parrot rescue centre, so i will be adding more things to it!!!

That is AMAZING! It's so gigantic! I can't believe how awesome of a deal that cat gym was! That's your room right? it's a Fargo paradise.

Careful of the "caves", great place for a birdie to make a nest and get hormonal. May want to think of what you'll do to block them before he reaches puberty.

Yes my room, or Fargos room, he has more stuff than me..and he chucks toy pieces everywhere, worst room-mate

Yeah i think i will just stuff a pillow in there to block it up if he tries to go in there!

Dads getting some bracket things to screw in a few places so i can stick fresh tree branches and leaves

You know i had 50 dollars left after buying him everything, and i thought great... i can buy something for myself!
Then Fargo breaks my keyboard... so have to get a new one this week, there goes that money!

hahahaha I am so happy with it!!! I had been tossing around the idea for a few months, so glad I did it!

My brother has a cat and he was very jealous and was like 'maybe I will buy one'

HAHA Wendy, do you notice anything familiar? I finally rethreaded the huge toy from you hehe Only with small blocks, for some reason Fargo is going through the stage of loving mini pieces he snaps in 2 seconds

After a few minutes on there the whole floor was covered in coloured wood hahaha

He was in a VERY happy mood, he was chattering and making hilarious sounds

Love the setup. Fargo looks happy. You can hide nuts and treats in the caves. Would make some great foraging places.

What do you have on the floor, I can't tell from the picture? kind of looks like carpet?

In our birdroom there is hardwood floor. I got some linoleum and put down over it to protect the wood floor.

Yes its carpet, Fargo doesnt chuck food or go to the toilet everywhere so my room stays very clean except for toys and wood he destroys everywhere

No, I wasn't paying attention to it, but now that you've mentioned it, yes, I see it. Gees...those pieces are small enough for a canary. :09: (JUST kidding!!!)

I can just picture him now. Grab a piece - SNAP...grab the next - SNAPPEROO - etc etc etc. Don't walk barefoot or you'll end up with splinters.

Yep, Fargo get's his human slaves to install new gym equipment so he can invite his local cockie mates.....next he'll have his slaves building a fly-in entrance so he can setup a bird hostel, then we'll hear from Tab that her parents plan to build a new house because Fargo's mates have taken over this one.....
