Awesome. I moved the keets to cliffords old cage and she's already figured out how to escape. Wish she will go back on her own so I don't have to climb up there and get her.

Ah, so cute. I'm kind of lucky in that Bob and Delilah can't fly too high for me to get them easily at home, though higher ceilings would be nice..

I guess that's one advantage to some of the ceilings in this house having been lowered.

So did she come back down or did you have to go get her?

It was pretty funny actually. I told Odin ( the male 'keet ) to tell her to get down right now and he called to her and she flew down to the top of the cage. pretty coincidental, but part of me thinks he understood that I was a little stressed at the time, and was trying to help me out. He got a treat weather he did it on purpose or not, I thanked him for helping me. ;-)

He secretly loves me, He just doesn't want Diana to know. hehe

Hi, Esapes are easely prevented. The most common are bars that are too thin or too far appart. The second are poorly designed cages, we didn't recognize the fault on Luna's untile we had it home. The front door latch was designed in a manner the simply sliding a beak down the fist opening between the cage bars unlatched the door. It was easily corrected with a SS tray, D.D.

Thanks Luna. It was my fault for having the door not shut all the way. I just assumed the wouldn't fly out. Oops. Bad momma.
