Eclectus female

Amazon
Hello everyone! I Work as a volunteer in an animal shelter and I want to help a lonely eclectus female who has been living there for a year now.
I dont have much bird experience, so it is very hard for me to read her Body language.

I usually visit weekly or every other week and Talk to her, feed her some treats.
She often wants to climb onto my shoulder, but ends Up biting me in the Neck a lot. Should I keep her away?

She usually sits on a shelf and Looks at me. She Takes food I give her and listens to me. Can I do Something to bond with her or entertain her?

How does she Show me that she Likes or Doesnt Like Something?

I am grateful for all Tipps and ideas!

All things with parrots take time, usually. I would continue to build the trust with her, at a distance for now. Build up trust, learn her admittedly very subtle body language. The best bite is the one that doesn't happen.
