Egg bound again

Looking for advice from anyone who has had experience with an eclectus parrot that has been egg bound several times ..She has a hormonal implant not sure they work she became egg bound again the implant was not even three months old I have moved her from room to room cage to cage slept her in the other cages It has all become routine for her ..at this point I took her back to The rescue in hopes to upset the apple cart…. if anyone has any advice on what I can do I would like to bring her home ASAP Also she never shows signs of being hormonal other then always wanting to run and hide when she Nose dives to the floor Which is every day and not allowed …help

Fruit veggie chop nuts quinoa I feed her mostly organic
