eclectus nest area temperature

I have a bonded pair of companion eclectus parrots , the 3 year old hen
has laid 3 times over the last year without any hatching ,not for her lack off effort though she only takes
4 to 5, 5 minute breaks a day.
So this cluch I put one in an incubator and after 12 days I used a candling light, i could see the
cobweb map of vains and all looks well. The other egg she is sitting on looks a dud
should I remove it from her ? Perhaps where she has made her nest " an empty draw space
" is too cold. It drops to around 16C or 60F overnight. If the egg in the incubator hatches would it be warm
enough for her to raise it there ? Any advice appreciated

After the chick hatches it needs to be placed in a brooder.
or back with the mother.
