Dryer Sheets Safe?

I was wondering if putting a dryer sheet in our heating vents to scent the house is safe? We are trying to come up with alternatives to candles, sprays, etc.

Does anyone know if this is safe??

Personally wouldn't do it, again just too many chemicals I would think. Just got back fom the vet with a respitory infection of unknown origin so I'm thinking if you are blessed with a healthy bird today..... Do not rock the boat...

I wouldn't do it. I don't know what's in those things.

If you want your house to smell good, why not try some essential oils? Or flowers? Or spices?

My general rule is that if I won't eat it, I won't inhale it.
