dried grains, fruits, etc

Hi everyone
so i was wondering if i could feed my parrot dried grains, veggies, and fruits?
I know to avoid beans and fruits preserved with lots of sugars and sulphur.

but what about the grains? do they need to be cooked?

I would like to have some crunchy things for him to snack on throughout the day and wasnt sure if this would work.
