My eclectus really likes to perch on the screen of my laptop. It looks a bit uncomfortable, but she seems to balance fine. I was wondering if anyone makes a perch that sits on top of a computer screen - sort of like those edge protectors for tables but made from wood?
Does anyone make a bird perch that sits on a laptop screen?

Neat device recommended above, although I'm not big on magnets on or near computers, but that is just me.
Your Eclectus 'IMHO' is a bit large for sitting above the top (on the screen) of a laptop as the screen connection uses a resistance connection to the base. Any weight above the ability of that connection will result in the top screen falling toward or away from you. Plus even limited 'bill' compression on the screen will result in a cracked screen.
Consider a table top perch that sits next to the laptop. You can increase the size of the wood perch, which will always be a better choice.
