Do your birds do this?

Hi everyone!

So I'm curious as to if anyone else's birds do this. My bird's cages are in a room with a bathroom across from it. This is fairly recent behavior, but when I turn on the sink in the bathroom and they aren't in it, they go NUTS. We're talking screaming and flying erratically. However, they're not scared, just excited. It's generally a thing that happens when water gets changed in the morning.

Anybody? Or anything similar?

My past Budgies Cassie and Clicky use to do the same thing when a vacuum cleaner was turned on. I thought they were trying to be louder than the vacuum. My current birds don't do that, then again, they are in a room with hardwood floors, They might scream at a vacuum if I ever use one.

In short, yes birds love water. The may want a bath......clark takes a bath every few days whether I'm in on the plan or not.

not so much with water, rio was indifferent to it. but when he got excited he would fly around screeching his conure screech

Yeah my Amazon does this because she's excited for fresh water. I could change her water 20 times a day, and she'd still get excited lol

Yep, agreeing with all. Parrots just love sounds of water. Vaccuums, too!
The Rb imitates both, not well, but... LOUDLY! (What's new?)
