-Thanks
-Shyra likes it for the toy I think lol but haven't had a chance to see if Meeka and Morpheus like it yet.

looks great! I'll take a macaw size one! lol You did an amazing job!

Brilliant! D'you know, I have zillions of those wooden embroidery hoops hanging around and never thought to use them for bird toys! I've always used metal rings for my swings and orbiters. Duh! Thank you for a) the inspiration and b) the excellent tutorial! :)

The embroidery hoops idea were actually taken from a thread on another forum

I must be dense but I can't figure out how you do the first step whereyou tie the one hoop to the other? Maybe my hoop just doesn't have the right fittting goodies? It is pretty old :(

Sorry I'm not sure how to explain it so I tried to show it.
Um... I kept one hoop fastened together while I took the second one and kind of clamped it in place to the other one. That make better sense? Then I just lashed the opposite side of the fasteners and two oposite cross sections from the third hoop, just to keep it in place while I wraped it.

What a fantastic tutorial! I think even I can make that, and I am creatively challenged:)
Thank you for sharing!

Oh NICE!! It looks professional! Now, I will have to go to the craft store... I definitely want one :)

No place to hang it, we can't put things in the ceiling. I'm thinking of making a PVC stand (for a Jolly Ball that I have). I'm being lazy lol, I gotta just go and do it!
