Hello everyone.

So I want to make homemade bird toys for my soon to be Male Eclectus parrot. He'll be ready to come home with us in a couple of weeks or so.

I want to make some flexible toys for my ekkie.
I've read stainless steel is safe to use but I want to verify with the parrot community.
Here are a couple links that I've seen that seems useful in my creativity to make bird toys out of.

3/16" Flexible Stainless Steel Cable Wire Rope -- T316 SS (100 Feet) | eBay

Lot 10 Pcs, New Stainless Steel Flexible conduit 1/4"x 3/16" x 56-1/2"Length | eBay

Let me know if any of these two would be useful to make for bird toys.
If you know any other type of metals that is flexible that is bird safe, I would love to hear what you have to say ! Thanks !

the links didnt work for me :) lol. but if it is SS and you are sure then it isnt toxic. as for it being useful, well, that depends on what type of toy you are building. if for whatever toy you are making, you need that part, then i guess that would make it useful lol. :D

Oh sorry ! I plan on making rope perches, with my own custom (Bird safe colors) colored rope and other knick nacs I have in mind. I just want to verify if these are okay to use.

type in the search box on eBay since you cannot view the link. Let me know if these 2 would be bird friendly :)

&
