distinguish male - female sun conure ?

Please let me ask sulfate species can be distinguished by visual roof space or not?

Conures in general, from what I understand, can't be accurately sexed visually. A DNA test would be best.

thank you. I live where there is no laboratory services. so I can only determine by visual.

ive just ordered a dna kit its £14 for the feather dna test I found it on google

I also DNA sexed Avery through feather analysis, it's accurate and costs much less than a vet

some say you can determine it when they are young by the way the orange facial feathers form, i think it's the females get more orange first but then the males overtake. but you would probably have to be a very experience breeder to determine that and have other birds to compare it to and even then it doesn't sound like a very accurate way of determining.
