So I'm thinking that the size of the pellets I'm currently feeding Curry is forcing him to dunk his food. I'm not entirely sure of this but I was wondering if anyone knew of ways to make pellets smaller or prevent Curry from dunking. The pellets Curry is currently dunking are zupreem natural medium sized. Thanks in advance!

My guy dunks his food sometimes, don't know why? But he does. Other then having to have more frequent water changes I don't really see an issue.

From what I've read around here, well changing my guy over a pellet diet. You can feed a size down from what is recommended for your bird. I doubt it will help with the dunking, but it may?

They might have smaller ones, but "dunking" is a parrot thing....they love making Parrot Soup!

Salty likes to take his fresh veggies and fruit and mix it together with his pellets. He dunks the pellets sometimes but mostly just mixes them together to make parrot mush. hey as long as he eat them all who cares.
