Which model roomba is best for picking up pellets and seeds? I did a search but there are many models on the market now....

Also hi everyone I haven't been on much, Clark and Zod are doing well and even had their stay at the avian suites bird hotel when I drove down to Missouri.

I work days now with a new job so my schedule since July has been different.

Also any idea how to get birds to adjust sleep hours, I keep trying but at 5:30 everyday (when I used to go to work) they just chirp like mad for "seepy time".

Welcome back, great update!!

I tried a Roomba years ago and found it jammed easily from seeds, pellets, and feathers. Perhaps newer versions improved?

Tbh, I've never tried to adjust bird sleep hours. Perhaps use of a safe cage cover?

the issue is I want them to stay up longer..... the sleep later.....

but they are so set in their ways....

I’ve got an ECOVACS deebot 950. It works perfectly, and doesn’t make noise. It also cleans with water so it’s really cool for when the veggies get stuck in the floor.

I guess the other models are also good, I have no idea.. but honestly, it is worthy, and with the mess the birds do it’s a headache less that you will have hah

I have a 600 series roomba, works well with the seed, pellets, and feathers. However I do have hardwood floors, not sure how it would work on carpet.

Checked out some reviews of this and other robot vacs. I think the technology is not there yet, especially considering the price and what needs to be done to clean/maintain them. I will use... a Broom-bah! Hand powered all purpose cleaning tech. LOL.

Good old fashioned brooms, cheap yet effective. I still use use a broom for much of the house, but not the bird room because the birds are terrified of it. That's why I got my roomba, so I wouldn't scare the birds. Unfortunately it does get stuck quite often.
