different behaviours in "mutations"?- first conure

So we are shopping for a conure to add to our growing family (cat, dog and geckos- all rescues) and we are looking for a conure (of course!- from a breeder)... we have come across several different kinds- normal green cheek, cinnamon, pineapple, black cap, yellow-sided and pearly...

...are there behavioral differences between them? Anything you think we should know before buying? What we should look for health wise, visually? toys? clipped wings or no?

we have researched and researched about it, but in my experience there's no better place to get answers than from owners of the animals- so here i am!!

we are a work from home family and have plenty of time to give to him/her

(in all honesty i can't see the visual differences between them really- sorry )
