Do IRNs that grow in the wild have any differences based on the trees that they grow on? I can see IRNs on palm trees, mango trees and few deciduous trees.

They may have size/health differences based on their nutritional profile but those would not be genetic traits. So just like a starving puppy and a well fed puppy will look different even from the same litter, the appearance of a bird is influenced by his health. In some EXTREME cases, the liver can be so damaged that feather coloring can be different but once the medical issues are fixed the feathers come in normal colors.
