Difference between Kakarikis?

Curious as to whether anyone knows a difference in behaviour/character between Red-fronted Kakariki and Yellow-crowned Kakariki?

From my experience the yellow-crowned males are a tad more aggressive, yet both species females seem to be very sweet. However I'd love to hear other peoples experiences.

Red-fronted BEC: (Haru)

Yellow-crowned BEC: (My dear Muta [R.I.P.])

All except the one closest to the viewer (red-fronted-Haru) are Yellow-crowned.

I wish I could chime in but I don't know of anyone on this forum, let alone on other forums I've been on that have experience with both species. Kaks just aren't very common as pets, I'm afraid.

Mmm. I've noticed not many people comment on my Kakariki threads. Perhaps I should just find an experienced Kakariki breeder and talk to them..
