I assume you are talking about green cheeks since to my knowledge that's the only species that comes in that color?

Blue (commonly called turquoise in GCCs but you are correct that it is blue) is recessive. Since both your parents are blue all your babies will carry that gene.

"Pineapple" is actually a combination of cinnamon and yellow-sided (opaline).

Both cinnamon and YS are sex linked genes.

Females only carry one copy of a sex linked gene so they cannot be "split" to a sex linked gene; they are either visual or do not carry it. They pass this gene on to their sons.

Males need TWO copies of the gene in order to be visual. A male carrying only one copy is split, and they pass the genes down to both male and female offspring.

So with that in mind, from the pair you described, you will get visual turquoise cinnamons with the males being split to yellow sided.
