Diet Drinks, or Juice.

Is juice drink say Orange juice, is it really any better for you than a diet drink, like a Diet Mt Dew. Looking over the nutritional facts looks to me, like the juice drink is alot more loaded than the diet drink by far.

My vet said she would rather not give birds orange or other citrus juices as the birds have a hard time with them because of the acid. I give my girl carrot juice and she loves it.
