All you do is get a used baby buggy at the flea market. Unscrew/remove the baby compartment, and keep the frame. Then bolt a large crate onto the frame.

The effort with my birds would be in getting any of them not to throw a fit because they are in there when they want to be out with me...

Right now, for obvious reasons, flighted birds are not going outside.

I don't need to go looking for any more birds... Even though Sally calmly waited for me in a tree when I went looking for Maggie.
