Decoding Bird Band

Hi, I recently got my green cheek conure and I'm curious about the band around his leg and the meaning.
BRFL1100
(FL is sideways)

Can anyone decode it?

Fl should mean florida

Please please please remove the post/part about the band. At least part of it, it's a good way of identifying or claiming the bird is yours. If someone was to have that information and your bird got lose they would be able to claim the bird is theirs because they know the band info.

If your breeder is listed, you might be able to find them here... (there were two previous sites that had a lot of information about leg bands on them, but have since been closed down)
