We love our butterflies too here as we sit on the front porch watching them on the butterfly bushes and occasional humming birds. We're planting stuffs in the garden next year to attract them to lay their eggs on so we'll have caterpillars to watch them grow up to form into butterflies....

Milkweed? I tried planting that but nothing came of it. I'd love to start that also.....we're both in states that is a direct migration route for monarchs.
