My African Grey Prince does not do anything but destroy the cuttlebone. Is there some other way I can give it to him? Would scrapping pieces of it into his food work?

Yes you can. I used a grater to scrape it onto one of my female cockatiels food.
she was deficient in calcium, and her beak grew very quickly, which was a symptom.
once I scraped it on daily, her beak grew at a slower rate.

funny thing is I now put calcium powder on their food, and her beak is still growing quickly.

it would seem that the cuttlebone has a better effect on the growth of her beak, rather than the calcium powder....go figure

I have to scrape cuttlebone onto my conures food because they like to destroy it instead of eat it. My budgies love eating cuttlebones and mineral blocks. Just scrape it into his food and you should be fine.

Great advise from the above members
I also grate cuttlebone into Mishka's food, only way he will "take" it

MY CAG destroys her vagies if I give it to her in big pieces, but if I give it to her in small pieces she wont even look at it...
