There's a lady on ETSY who does animal portraits with a twist... they are posed in Victorian clothes and places... here's one I bought which shows the Rickeybird as a bird-about-town... I love it!
Cost is below 25-30...
I have no link with her except that I love her stuff.

Terry, sorry I missed your question. It's a photograph... she photo-shops the photo you send her and the end result is a glossy photo.
