1 swede mashed
cup of squash/pumpkin mashed
4 carrots mashed
5 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon flax
teaspoon fennel seeds
teaspoon turmeric
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon coriander powder
teaspoon chia
finely chopped small apple or 1 teaspoon of dried apple powder
mash together, press into ice cub trays size for your birdie.
Topping a few seeds/nuts/raisins
defrost for a few min before serving, or warm up as a warm treat.
Easy to make just cook extra swede, carrot & butternut squash when you’re making you’re own dinner.
Have a cocktail with the rest of the coconut milk.
