Is Spray Millet bad for a Conure?

My little 6 mo. old GCC loves it so much that it seems he forgoes other food. So far his diet consist of Nupreem fruit blend, TropiMix, a few Nutriberri's and Spray Millet. I always know when he runs out of Spray Millet because he starts squawking.

I suggest removing it from his cage and only offering it as a treat for training. While it is not bad for him in small quantities, it is certainly not good for him in more than thatz

Like SilverSage said, use it more as a treat. Its kinda like popcorn, void of any real nutrtion and more of something just to munch on. I like to use it as a foraging treat, I hide in in different toys or roll it up in paper towel and make a small rip and have Loco get it out. I would only do that a couple times a week at most. Ive heard it used to assist birds with appetite problems as well but I dont think that applies to you.
