Conure closing eyes

Dear All,

Seeking your urgent help, one of my conures was closing one eye very frequently from morning and now all of sudden she kept here one eye close and not opening only.

Please advise. Is she going through any tough times?

It will be very helpful if someone can recommend me a vet in Saudi Arabia in Eastern Province.

I removed her out and now she is playing but not closing the eyes at all.
