Conure Breeding - Parent Raised

I have a clutch of 5 Green Cheek Conure babies, with the oldest being 3 weeks. I'm allowing them to be parent raised, but want to start taking them out to get them used to human interaction, taming, etc. I read somewhere to start taking them out at 3 weeks, and only 2 at a time. Does this sound right?

I personally start sooner, but you can't go back in time and many people have different opinions. I like to take several out at a time at first until they are more used to handling and then take them out one at a time. Now is also the ideal time to start Harness training.

You start at an earlier age even when the babies are parent raised? Have you ever experienced the parents rejecting the babies after being taken from the nest? That's one of my biggest fears. I've also heard to only keep the babies out for about 15 minutes at a time. Does this seem right? Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my questions. I truly appreciate it.

You have to start earlier handling for parent raised than for hand feeding.

And if you have properly acclimated the parents to your interference then no they won't reject the babies . Good luck with your fingers though; worst bite I've ever had was from an angry green cheek daddy!

15 minutes is too long for the first few times. Ideally you should have been weighing them daily since hatch to get them used to humans. Take them out for a few, then put them back. Just see how they do and go with your gut.
