Conure & Alexandrine

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I bought a green cheek Conure and an Alexandrine. Both 24 days-old. Now, since the Alexandrine is three times larger then the Conure, whenever the Conure is near the Alexandrine it starts screaming and would want the Alexandrine to feed him.

Does this attitude change by time?

I bought both of them so that they can give company to each other but now i had to separate them in two different rooms because otherwise they will keep shouting each other out, even if they are in separate boxes.

At what time do you usually have to transfer the birds from the box (with towels) to a normal cage?

When the Conure gets older like other birds I think it would stop wanting food from the Alexandrine. I think you could put them in a cage with low perches when their about a month old.
