Colorful Green Cheeks

I'm looking to buy a conure sometime soon. I wanted something colorful so originally I wanted a Sun Conure, but after some research, everyone said they can be very loud. So now I'm thinking I'll get a Green Cheek, but I'm not sure which color mutation I want. I've been looking at some pictures of the yellow sided and pineapple which are very beautiful birds, but some of them look kind of washed out or dull. I know that a bird's color matures and brightens as it ages, so I was wondering if any of you have pictures of a fully matured yellow sided or pineapple green cheek conure.

I won't be able to make it into a store and actually check out some birds in person for about a month or so. I wanted to get as much information as possible before going to buy a bird.

Any suggestions on a quiet(er) bird that has bright and vibrant colors?

Rio is a pineapple green cheek conure. He will be a year old on the 29th

Wow, he is beautiful! Does it just depend on the bird then? Because I've seen quite a few pictures of pineapple green cheeks with really washed out and dull colors.

Here are some pics of my pineapple conure. He's about 5 months of age. His colors were the same when we first got him at 2 months of age.

From what I've heard it all depends on the food the bird eats and whether or not it gets its nutrition so that may be the issue there.
