Colored cauliflower?

I know normal cauliflower is safe for parrots but is the colored variety? Not like dyed, they're naturally grown like tgat. The purple and yellow ones. Just wondering because I was just at the store getting more fruits and veggies for Lincoln and saw them and got curious

Cauliflower is cauliflower. The purple just means there's a bit more antioxidant content. Green means more magnesium
