So my room gets freezing cold now (doesn't help my window doesn't have the finished inside either.) But uh, what should I do to keep my babies warm. Nips is the important one. I have a heater going on right now, so the room is warming up but when I leave the heater turns off. Do I cover her up or not.

Cover the backs of the cages; it gives them something that helps prevent draft.. just the backs mind you.

As for nips.. if she's still plucked have you looked into the sock buddy?

Just a sock that covers her chest and back but it would help keep her warm ^^

Birds can adjust to cooler temps just fine, although Nips might have more issues with it than the others.

My birds have dealt with temps as low as the 50's and possibly even the high 40's at night.

I have tried the sock buddy. Once its on her she forgets how to stand, and walk.
