I realized this morning that I was on the last container of chop....usually I plan better than this, so today suddenly became chop day. I always feel so accomplished after I make a months-worth of chop....Iā€™ve used every dish in the house, there are little bits of veggie stuck to every flat surface, the food processor is painted a variety of colours and the sink is full. A culinary master I am definitely not! My husband thinks itā€™s hilarious because the only time I spend that much time in the kitchen is to make the birdsā€™ food. Anyhow, I have to share with someone and this group is likely the only who will appreciate the efforts :p

That all looks delicious Jen Iā€™m coming to your place for lunch!

I'm so jealous! Not only of how delicious your chop looks, but of the fact that you can make a month's worth at a time. My little guys will eat thawed chop, but my big guys that we raised since they were pulled from the nest were overly spoiled I guess and refuse to eat anything other than freshly chopped veggies. The brats.
