Good morning all 
I ve never had the pleasuring of owning a macaw but have handled the larger ones in my years in zoology doing exhibits and demonstrations for school aged children. The opportunity of owning a chestnut macaw presents itself and naturally I have a few questions. What are they like in terms of temperament and how do they compare in terms of size to the mini red shouldered macaw. I have the time to socialize the macaw and it will spend most of the day with me and my two amazons ( they won't be out at the safe time for safety reasons). Thank you very much.
