I'm curious as to what websites you all use for your bird related items. I was browsing Amazon and found that a 2 pound bag of Zupreem pellets is about $11. That's so much cheaper than my store even with my discount. Toys aren't too bad on their either but I still prefer California Bird Nerds.

What about you guys?

Great idea for a thread :). I have been picking up a lot of stuff off Ebay lately to get ready.

The two stores I have gotten most of it from are ebay stores, Once upon a Wing and Global pets.

They combine shipping. I have just been picking out a few things, hitting the commit to buy and then sending them a request for an invoice with combined shipping.

Gotten some pretty nice things so far including a dragonwood perch with bolts on the ends to replace the cheesy one my cage came with from Once upon a wing. Cost like 1.25 per 2 inches. I am very happy with the final product. It isn't letting me link if but if you go to Ebay and search for dragonwood perch it comes right up.

hope this helps and look forward to all the responses :)

I like using mysafebirdstore for toys, mainly because they give me candy. It's amazing how nice opening a carefully boxed package with candy and little foot toys for my bird makes me smile.

I like amazon.com too because it's got good prices.

I don't have access to ebay at work, and since I do my online shopping at work (shhhh) I don't use it much. There are no good bird stores around me unless I want to drive, and I'd pick Bird Paradise in NJ which is 2 hours away.

There is a lady on ebay called abirdtoy who I have bought a lot of toys from. She makes one called "block mop" that my BC loved more than anything. She would spend hours untying those huge cotton rope knots, and that lady made them for me in bulk to save on shipping. Bri went through one every few weeks.

I would LOVE to go to Bird Paradise one day but I live about five or more states away. They send you candy??? I might have to order something from them :)

I like Birdy Booty! Most of Puck's toys are from her. He was nervous with the toys I got from the store, but he always tries to start playing with these while I am unpacking them. They are so fun and colorful! She custom makes the toys to your bird's preferences, which I really like. She also includes a baggie of free foot toys with orders. :)

For bird food I have found ebay has the best prices for Molly's Roudybush. For toys, I tend to shop at drfostersmith.com, windycityparrot.com, or mysafebirdstore.com. It all comes down to who has the best prices at the time. Bottom line, I have about 15 total stores I search.

What is the package thing I have to select?

Doubt this will help except for those that are local but I found a woman who owns a store and she will special order 40lb bags of zupreem fruitblend breeder pellets for $55! :) Super good deal. I've also been checking out amazon and there seems to be a lot of good deals.

Wanted to add, the store is in lancaster, pa, if anyone from the area would like her information, just pm me and I can send you it. :)

I use mysafebirdstore.com. They have really good prices on most things and they have excellent customer service. Oh yeah...and the candy is a nice touch too :09:

I love love love mysafebirdstore.com. Great prices, awesome customer service, the owner will answer any questionjs you have. :)

I love Bird Paradise. I am about 25 minutes from them. I go there a few times a week just to play with the other birds, and they have a giant toy section, as well as a big selection of toy parts. So many different kinds of food to pick out too.

Bird Paradise is truly my "Candy Store" :)
