Changing his name...

Hi all. Decided to change Chico's name to Cisco. Hubby has been calling him Cisco for a few weeks and I like that name so I try to call him that when I remember. It really doesn't matter since he responds to hearing/seeing us. It doesn't matter what we call him...lol.

So I've been looking at my threads and realize they are mostly about Sassy and not many about Cisco. It's not because he doesn't get as much attention, I assure you. It's just because he is such a sweet tame easy going bird. He is with me every day before work and then after work and when I'm off I take turns of out of cage time between him and Sassy. (I don't let them out at the same time yet...maybe ever...I'm too afraid of someone, probably him, getting hurt).

So I will post a couple pics if I can remember how it did it before...

He's such a cutie! Is that popcorn he's nomming on in the first pic? Mine loves popcorn too, but good lord does he make a mess with it.

It is vet wrap that I have wrapped on it. The stand was very easy to make once we wrote down what we wanted it to be with the measurements...the hardest part was cutting the pvc..then it just popped together. I didn't use any glue and it is very solid. There are toys on it now and Cisco loves it...Sassy on the other hand will not go near it..lol.

Is that popcorn he's nomming on in the first pic?

I think that was hubby's sandwich he was "sharing"...but Cisco (and Sassy) love love love popcorn!

Sassy actually got on the playstand tonight! She was with me on the couch and jumped to the bottom rung of the stand...it's a start!
