So I am leaving for South Carolina next friday. Flying down annd driving back with my husband. A friend wwill be staying at my house to take care of everybooday
Anyway I decided I needed a hair cut and it needed to be dyed (since I found my first grey hair 12 years ago when I was visiting Japan).
I got home late last night shut lights off said goodnite briefly to the birds (I was wearing a baseball cap at the time) and went to bed. Now the birds aren't use to me being gone because I am nearly always home, and yesterday I was gone for about 4 hours... so some of them could be moody about that (though I doubt it). Anyway I did chores this morning and the birds are really unfriendly today. My umbrella Moe won't even let me touch him. I went from long auburn (and grey) hair to very short and so dark it's almost black. They don't approve... I've been through this before, it will take the next few days before they forgive me for the change. I keep getting that dissaproving cockatoo squint everytime I talk to him.
So, what changes have you made to yourself or home that the birds clearly didn't approve of?
